Zanmicro is a Zanzibar-based multi-category online shop serving customers through zanmicro.com and the Zanmicro Android app. We bring technology, fashion, home and living products, personal-care items, groceries, and other everyday essentials into one clear shopping experience.
Our goal is simple: make it easier for customers to discover genuine, clearly presented products, understand the full price before paying, and follow each order from checkout to delivery.
How shopping with us works
Customers can browse by category, search for products, save items, place products from different categories in one cart, and buy them in a single order. At checkout, the available delivery method, delivery charge, discount, and total amount are shown before the order is submitted.
Mobile-money payment requests are sent to the phone number chosen by the customer. A payment PIN is entered only on the mobile network's secure prompt; Zanmicro will never ask a customer to send a PIN or one-time password to us.

Our current online delivery service covers Zanzibar Urban/West Region. We plan to expand carefully as we build reliable delivery arrangements for more locations. The checkout page is the authoritative place to see whether delivery is available for a selected address.
